Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuyCospa (the "Service"), operated by Fascode Inc. ("we", "us", "our", or "the operator"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.

2. Purpose of the Service

BuyCospa publishes in-depth, editorially independent comparison articles about consumer electronics, home goods, and AI tools. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise) and should not be relied on as a substitute for your own research before making a purchase.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure the information we publish is accurate at the time of writing. However:

  • Product prices, specifications, and availability change frequently and may have changed since publication.
  • Firmware and software updates can alter real-world performance after an article is published.
  • User experiences vary. Our verdicts are based on our hands-on testing and aggregated user feedback; your results may differ.
  • Information sourced from manufacturers has not been independently verified beyond our reasonable checks.

We do not warrant that the information on the Service is correct, complete, current, or error-free. Where we discover an error, we correct it and note the correction on our Corrections page.

4. Editorial independence

Every comparison article on the Service is editorially independent. We do not accept payment, gifts, or other consideration in exchange for favorable coverage. Affiliate commissions and product-loan arrangements are always disclosed within the relevant article. Our verdicts are not influenced by these arrangements.

5. Affiliate disclosure

The Service contains affiliate links to retailers including Amazon, Rakuten, and others. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not. See our Privacy Policy for details on how affiliate cookies are used.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Service at scale, including by automated bots, without our prior written consent. (Search-engine crawlers following robots.txt are exempt.)
  • Reproduce, redistribute, republish, mirror, or frame content from the Service without attribution and our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Unless otherwise noted, all text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Service are the property of Fascode Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may:

  • Read and share links to our articles, including on social media.
  • Quote up to 150 words from any single article, in any single piece of your own content, with clear attribution and a link back to the original. (For longer quotes, request permission at [email protected].)

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Republish a full article (or substantially all of one) on another site.
  • Use our content in AI training datasets or for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or evaluating machine learning models.
  • Translate our articles into another language and publish the translation as your own work.

Product names, logos, and brands mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement by the trademark holder.

8. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to [email protected] that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on the Service (URL)
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

We will process valid notices within 10 business days.

9. Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party sites (Amazon, retailer product pages, manufacturer pages, YouTube videos, social media posts, and others). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, products, or services offered by these third parties. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

IN ANY JURISDICTION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Tokyo, Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the date of the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
